Dr. Harry helps teens and adults with anxiety, depression, anger, autism, and learning differences. He offers medication management alongside therapy, so you can talk through whether medication could help and how it fits with your other goals. Before becoming a psychologist he spent many years in education, and that background shapes how he explains options and treatment plans. Patients can also see him in Mandarin Chinese.

Dr. Laura has more than 20 years of experience helping patients through depression, trauma, and difficult seasons of life. She provides careful, safety-focused medication management and works with you to find the right balance of medication and therapy. Much of her career has been in integrated health care settings, so she pays close attention to how your mental health care fits with the rest of your health. She is also trained in EMDR for trauma.

Dr. Lindsay helps patients calm an overwhelmed nervous system, improve sleep, and stay steady under pressure. Her approach to medication management is whole-person: she pairs it with mind-body tools like biofeedback, so medication is one part of a broader plan, not the only answer. Her approach grew out of years of work with Olympic and professional athletes, and it works just as well for anyone dealing with stress, burnout, or anxiety.
