Clinical care

Website content is for general informational purposes and does not establish a clinician-patient relationship or provide medical advice. Clinical care, including in-person and telehealth services, is provided only after appropriate intake, evaluation, consent, and confirmation of eligibility.

Emergencies

Nexus Integrative Health is not an emergency service. If you are experiencing an emergency or are concerned about your immediate safety, call or text 988, call 911, or go to the nearest emergency department.
